lnfeed separator selects single cigarettes from other waste and transfers them to the positioning module. The system efficiently separates filter plugs from the tobacco rods assuring no filter components are present for the next stage of the tobacco reclaiming process.

Security and reliability

Multiple monitoring systems identify incorrectly positioned cigarettes, and if necessary, reject them from the reclaiming process.
Precursory positioning and cutting systems make sure that even the most complex filter plugs are removed with great precision avoiding any material contamination.
