ITM achieved possibility to reclaim powdered product from pouches through a combination of conveying, cutting and sieving systems. This allows to remove required material in required form and supply it back to production process. Pouches collected in cans are manually opened in case of defects of pouches and then they are collected in bins and manually delivered and fed to the Reclaimer. Rejected and defected pouches are discharged onto the system automatically delivering them to the Reclaimer. In on-line configuration reclaimed product will be directly returned to the maker hopper or alternatively into a hopper of the maker feeding unit.
